Notice is hereby given that the Newton Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing and Public Meeting on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 beginning at 7:00 pm at the Newton Town Hall. The following items will be discussed:
PUBLIC HEARING
- Town of Newton, NH review of amendments to zoning ordinances for inclusion on the 2016 Town Warrant.
- Citizen’s Petition: Section X - General Provisions, Paragraph 4. Revisions regarding storage of vehicles on a property intended to increase the number of vehicles allowed by the ordinance from one vehicle to two vehicles.
- Town of Newton, NH: Section X - General Provisions, Paragraph 4. Revisions regarding storage of vehicles on a property intended to bring the language of the Town of Newton Zoning Ordinance into compliance with State of NH RSA 266:1.
PUBLIC MEETING
1. 125 Development NH Corp of Plaistow, NH request to review performance guarantee connected to Puzzle Lane roadway construction.
